Travel Information

Once you have submitted your travel e-consultation form, it will be reviewed by the practice nurse. Depending on the outcome, you will either receive a booking link to arrange a face-to-face appointment or be contacted by the nurse to discuss your form further.

For your information, not all travel vaccinations are covered by NHS services.
