As Practice Manager, Enrico ensures the practice meets its agreed aims and objectives within an efficient, safe and effective working environment. He is responsible for all the non-medical staff and is the first point of contact with regards to patient complaints, suggestions or enquiries regarding our Practice Patient Group.

Assistant to the Practice Manager

Mr Scott Johnston (Male)

Scott deals with various behind-the-scenes aspects of daily surgery life. This includes finances, Health and Safety, clinical rota management, IT problems, premises management and non-clinical patient welfare such as insurance forms, and medical report requests.

Receptionists

They have a key front-of-house role in helping patients at reception and on the phone, and managing the repeat prescriptions. They also perform a wide range of other roles in the surgery ranging from keeping track of all new births to providing a smoking cessation service. As you might expect, their role is often busy and demanding, so we would ask you to please be patient when waiting to speak to them at reception or on the phone.
