You can now send secure electronic messages from your computer or mobile device to your named GP.  This is via the Patient Access website or app. Your named GP will respond to your message within 2 working days. 

We hope that patients will find this a convenient way to access advice and healthcare from the surgery. Please do not use it for urgent medical requests.

Repeat Prescriptions

medication You are now able to order repeat prescriptions online through the Patient Access website. Visit reception to register for this service if you have not already done so and follow the link on this page to order your repeat prescription online.

Alternatively please deliver, fax or post written requests for repeat prescriptions to the practice. 

Allow two working days for collection.  If you would like us to post your prescription please provide a stamped address envelope. 

You able to collect your prescription direct from your pharmacy by prior arrangement with the following local chemists:

  • Turnbulls
  • Boots
  • Savemain
  • Apex
  • New North Road Pharmacy 


For safety reasons prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone
