LATEST NEWS

You can now send secure electronic messages from your computer or mobile device to your named GP.  This is via the Patient Access website or app. Your named GP will respond to your message within 2 working days. 

We hope that patients will find this a convenient way to access advice and healthcare from the surgery. Please do not use it for urgent medical requests.

Making Appointments

 

Calendar01[1]You are able to make appointments with the practice in person, by telephone (020 7226 6363) or via the internet.  Please follow the link below to use the Patient Access system to book an appointment online (visit reception to register to use Patient Access first). Online appointment booking is a new service, and we are trialling it at the moment so currently only a few appointments are bookable online. This will likely increase in the future.

Patient Access Website

You can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance. Please register your mobile phone number with reception for automatic text messaging appointment reminders one day before your appointment is due.

 

We try to ensure that you see the doctor of your choice. This is not always possible and it may be necessary for you to see someone else if you wish to be seen on the same day.

 

It would be very helpful if routine appointments and queries are not brought to reception until after 10.30am, as reception can be very busy first thing in the morning.

 

Please let us know if more than one person in the family needs to be seen. You will need one appointment for each family member.

 

Urgent Appointments

 

We are able to offer a triage call back service for all urgent appointment requests. The GP will call you back within 2 hours of your call and discuss your symptoms over the telephone. You maybe asked to come to the Practice for an appointment with a suitable clinician, or your problem maybe dealt with over the telephone. Please call reception as early as possible on the day you wish to be seen.

 

Telephone Consultations

 

We can easily arrange a telephone consultation for you with a doctor or nurse. Please call reception who will arrange for a clinician to call you back.

 

Chaperones

 

Tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination, or a private room to discuss any matters which you feel uncomfortable discussing at the reception desk.
